Inventory Shipping Clerk IV

We are looking for an experienced individual to fill the position of Inventory & Warehouse Analyst within our supply chain group based in Carlsbad, NM. Qualifications The ideal candidate for this position should possess the following minimum qualifications: • Experience in Materials Management. • Experience with SAP and the Oil & Gas industry. • Strong analytical, computer (MS Office suite), and communication skills. • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build professional working relationships. • Ability to perform independently in both an office and field environment. • Flexibility to work in a fast paced, dynamic, multi-task, customer service environment. • Good organization and time management skills. Essential Job Duties • Completing physical inventory counts to ensure compliance and inventory accuracy on a routine basis. • SAP entry of all in and outbound movements for Carlsbad yard and warehouse. • Purchase requisition creation for both purchases and subcontracting. • Working closely with SCM buyers and operations regarding on hand inventory. • Assisting with booking freight and other logistics. • Understand and apply all company environmental, health and safety policies and principles. • Maintain compliance with proper regulatory and guidelines: SOX, COPAS etc. Education High school or GED required Certifications/Licenses Valid drivers license with no restrictions that would prohibit driving a company vehicle is required Travel Requirements The percentage of travel required for this position is 10% - 15% Work Schedule 9/80 or 5/40 schedule
