Hse Specialist Projects Fifo

Working closely with Project Teams and Contractors, you will support the safe execution of construction and installation activities through coaching, assurance, compliance oversight and incident management. This role will play a key part in promoting a strong safety culture while ensuring effective implementation of HSE management systems and safe work practices. Provide HSE leadership, coaching and support to project teams and contractors Conduct HSE audits, inspections and field assurance activities Verify compliance with Permit to Work, Control of Work and isolation requirements, SIMOPS and Control of Work expectations Lead incident investigations and reporting activities Support and mentor contractor HSE personnel Build effective working relationships across Operational and Project Teams Promote a proactive safety culture and continuous improvement
