ExxonMobil's state-of-the-art campus north of Houston serves as home to its Upstream, Product Solutions and Low Carbon Solutions businesses and their associated service groups. The facility opened in 2014 and accommodates more than 10,000 employees and visitors.

What you will do
Lead the development and profitable growth of Proxxima™ Thermoset Resin Systems with Tier 1 coating manufacturers across the Americas. Own a select portfolio of strategic accounts, with the potential to expand successful relationships into global account leadership.
Lead the development and execution of account plans tied to customer priorities and growth goals.
Build and establish relationships from technical teams through C-suite leaders.
Lead biweekly technical reviews and executive quarterly / annual reviews.
Convert opportunities into sales through qualification, trials, launch, and scale-up.
Develop value propositions, value-in-use cases, and pricing strategies.
Lead teams across Technology, Marketing, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Product Management and Legal.
Prioritize applications and markets with the greatest commercial potential.
Lead negotiations that create value and protect ExxonMobil’s interests.
Draft, execute and maintain account plans, sales pipelines, forecasts, risks, and actions in Salesforce.
Anticipate barriers, mobilize resources, and drive actions to completion.
About you
Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
Success growing complex strategic accounts in technical B2B markets.
Strong experience rapidly commercializing new technologies and products.
Knowledge of coating manufacturers, formulators, applicators, and specifiers.
Credibility in formulation, manufacturing, application, and field-testing discussions.
Strength in account planning, value selling, pricing, and negotiation.
Executive presence and clear, decision-oriented communication skills.
Proven project management capability.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams through influence and accountability.
Self-directed starter and solver who creates structure, acts urgently, and delivers with limited oversight.
Willingness to travel across the Americas and support global expansion.
