Drilling Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Drilling Supervisor to support an upcoming drilling campaign with ADNOC Sour Gas (ASG) in Abu Dhabi. Contract Details: Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE Rotation: 28 days on / 28 days off Contract Duration: Approximately 12-18 months Mobilization: Early to mid-October Competitive day rate including all applicable benefits and allowances. Candidates with prior ADNOC Sour Gas campaign experience are strongly encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate all drilling operations on site. Ensure adherence to HSE policies, well programs, and operational procedures. Monitor contractor performance and operational efficiency. Manage drilling activities, reporting, and troubleshooting during well construction. Ensure safe execution of drilling programs and compliance with ADNOC requirements. Requirements: Proven experience as a Drilling Supervisor in onshore/offshore drilling operations. Previous experience working on ADNOC Sour Gas campaigns is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of drilling operations, well control, HSE standards, and contractor management. Valid well control certification and relevant industry qualifications.
