HSE Advisor

We are seeking an experienced HSE Advisor to support Health, Safety, and Environmental initiatives on a major Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) facility project. The successful candidate will provide field-based HSE leadership, ensuring compliance with company standards, client requirements, and applicable regulations while promoting a strong safety culture across all construction activities. Key Responsibilities Monitor and enforce HSE policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Conduct site inspections, audits, and risk assessments. Support incident investigations and corrective action implementation. Deliver toolbox talks and safety training. Monitor high-risk activities such as hot work, lifting operations, confined space entry, excavation, and working at heights. Support Permit-to-Work (PTW) processes and emergency response activities. Promote proactive safety awareness among employees and contractors. Requirements Minimum 10 years of HSE field experience in Oil & Gas construction projects. Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, risk management, and incident investigation. Experience working with contractors in construction environments. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Relevant HSE certification (NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA, or equivalent) preferred.
