Fuel your passion As a reliability engineer you are going to be responsible for identifying, leading, and executing activities aimed at reducing the cost of failure caused by non-productive time, performance KPIs, repair costs and personnel, and premature product/ services failures. As a Reliability Engineer, you will be responsible for: Supporting customers in setting the vision, direction and strategies for the Mechanical Integrity and RBI implementation, and the selection of appropriate assessment approach. Leading planning and execution of RBI and inspection planning processes. Facilitating hands-on knowledge transfer workshops covering Risk Based Inspection, Inspection Planning and Data Management, Corrosion Monitoring. Supporting the establishment and roll-out of integrity operating windows (IOW) programs. Lead testing, acceptance, and quality assurance of deliverables in line with agreed criteria. Collaborating with clients, partners and internal teams to ensure quality of deliverables and end-user acceptance. To be successful in this role you will: Have a degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Metallurgical engineering. Have 15 years work experience in asset intensive industry (oil & gas, chemicals, LNG, etc). Have 10+ years hands-on experience in mechanical integrity and reliability engineering services. Have extensive experience in process equipment inspection and integrity assessment. Have strong understanding of inspection codes and standards, and regulatory frameworks such as NR13. Have proven experience in material, corrosion, corrosion control techniques, and NDT. Have a solid understanding of asset management principles of ISO 55000. Have strong knowledge of international codes and standards ASME, API, ASTM, NACE. Have valid professional certifications (API 510, API 570, API 653, API 580, API 571). Have practical experience with Mechanical Integrity software platforms (e.g., Meridium, E2G, Antea, Capestone, or other similar platforms.)
