What will you do
We are seeking an Entry-Level Supply Chain Planning, Operations & Optimization Professional to support safe, reliable, and efficient supply chain operations. This role plays a critical part in ensuring that plans are translated into executable outcomes across procurement, manufacturing, and logistics systems.
The successful candidate will develop foundational capabilities in supply planning, execution coordination, and data-driven decision making, while collaborating across functions to deliver business results aligned with operational excellence and continuous improvement principles.
Support development and maintenance of supply and demand plans within established planning systems
Coordinate day-to-day supply chain execution across procurement, operations, and logistics teams
Monitor plan performance and ensure alignment between planned and actual outcomes
Identify, communicate, and escalate supply chain risks (e.g., delays, shortages, constraints)
Analyze operational performance trends and identify root causes behind service, cost, productivity, quality, and capacity issues.
Convert large datasets into clear insights, recommended actions, and measurable improvement opportunities.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, reliability, and data quality
Participate in cross-functional forums (e.g., S&OP inputs, execution reviews)
Support digital and automation initiatives to improve planning and execution processes
About You
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related discipline
Strong analytical and problem-solving capability
Strong proficiency in Excel and Power BI is required. Demonstrated experience with SQL, Python, Power Query, or automation tools is highly desirable
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail
