Job Title: HR Technology Project Consultant - Talent Acquisition Duration: 4 months Schedule: 36.25 hrs/week – Inside IR35 Location: Sunbury / Canary Wharf – London, United Kingdom (Hybrid) Start date : ASAP This opportunity sits within a large-scale Talent Acquisition technology transformation focused on modernising platforms, processes and operating models. The role will bridge TA stakeholders and IT delivery teams, helping translate functional needs into delivery-ready requirements across Workday Recruiting, AI-enabled capabilities and digital automation. Working in a product- and squad-based agile environment, this position offers the chance to contribute to scalable, secure and compliant HR technology solutions. Required Experience: Background in Talent Acquisition or wider Talent functions. Experience delivering HR technology IT projects within complex IT delivery environments. Experience supporting system implementation, platform optimisation, AI-enabled solutions or automation initiatives. Ability to work across multiple interdependent workstreams within an agile, product- and squad-based delivery model. Experience collaborating with HR stakeholders, IT delivery teams and technology vendors. Required Skills: Ability to translate Talent Acquisition needs into delivery-ready functional requirements. Knowledge of Workday Recruiting ecosystems. Capability to support solution design across HR technology, AI and automation. Strong partnership skills when working with Product Owners and agile squads. Ability to balance pace, quality, risk and enterprise governance in technology delivery.
