Field Material Coordinator

We are currently seeking an experienced Field Material Coordinator to support a busy construction project.The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the receipt, tracking, storage, and distribution of materials and equipment while working closely with project teams, suppliers, and contractors.Key Responsibilities Coordinate material deliveries, receiving, storage, and distribution Track inventory, material usage, and outstanding deliveries Inspect incoming materials for accuracy and condition Identify and resolve shortages, damaged materials, and shipping discrepancies Maintain accurate material and inventory records Coordinate with procurement, construction, and project teams Ensure materials are available when required to support project schedules Maintain safe and organized material storage areas Qualifications Previous material coordination, procurement, logistics, or supply chain experience Construction, industrial, or engineering project experience preferred Strong organizational and communication skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced project environment Familiarity with construction materials and equipment is an asset Supply chain, logistics, or related education is preferred Please apply with an updated resume outlining your relevant experience People are our business worldwide Orion Group was founded in 1987 and is now one of the largest, independent, international recruitment companies.
