Key Responsibilities
Perform service, repair, and assembly activities in line with standard service procedures.
Accurately complete and document service reports, checklists, and update relevant business systems.
Conduct visual inspections of parts following third-party inspections and report findings.
Identify improvement opportunities and actively participate in problem-solving initiatives.
Support and promote company Safety & Quality standards and procedures.
Identify hazards and risks in line with company observation programs and Stop Work Authority.
Assist in troubleshooting equipment and process failures using Root Cause Analysis .
Maintain good housekeeping practices within the workshop environment.
Complete assigned training and competency development programs.
Perform additional duties as assigned by the team leader.
Qualifications & Experience
Essential
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Awareness and understanding of workshop environments.
Physically fit for workshop-based work.
Knowledge of operating overhead cranes and breakout machines.
Desirable
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Previous experience in oilfield repair and maintenance shops.
Advanced knowledge of overhead cranes and breakout machines.
Experience
Minimum 2 years of experience in a related role (considered an asset).
