Building Drafter Residential Homes

As a Residential Drafter, you will work across a range of volume investment homes, preparing detailed documentation from concept through to construction. You will work closely with the wider design, construction and project teams to ensure drawings are accurate, practical and meet relevant requirements. Produce detailed residential working drawings and construction documentation Develop floor plans, elevations, sections and detailed drawings for volume investment homes Prepare and update documentation throughout the design and construction process Work within Archicad to develop and maintain accurate models and documentation Interpret architectural concepts and translate them into practical construction documentation Coordinate drawings with internal teams, consultants and other project stakeholders Review and amend drawings based on design changes and project requirements Maintain accuracy, consistency and quality across all documentation Manage multiple projects and deadlines within a fast-paced environment
