Partner with the best As a Gas Tech Billing Analyst, you will collaborate with our Project Management and Operations teams, processing customer's invoices in a fast-paced environment. You will work with a global team of billers to resolve disputes and ensure customer satisfaction. As a GT Billing Analyst, you will be responsible for: Managing all billing activities within assigned customer’s portfolio. Ensuring timely issuance of shipping & payment invoices, maintaining accurate records and controls. Managing all documentation gathering from the shipping & project management teams, ensuring highest controllership from a revenue recognition standpoint. Managing billing controllership topics including but not limited to, account reconciliations, VAT application, Custom’s requirements, Intrastat declarations and Intercompany management. Supporting the business on any billing test or audit support, which will include KPMG testing, Internal audits support as well as SOX testing. Being able to elaborate proposals for improvement in approaches, methods, procedures and processes in the billing area. Communicating and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure operational objectives are implemented. Fuel your passion Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma) or equivalent knowledge or experience. Demonstrate substantial, proven and progressive financial experience. Be proficient in Oracle systems and MS Office with a focus on Excel, Power Point. Be a good team player and display good communication skills. Demonstrate excellent collaboration combined with interpersonal and leadership skills. Be a self-starter, proactively taking the initiative to identify and solve problems. Be fluent both in Italian and English.
