Project Coordinator We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and successful delivery of multiple projects. Reporting to Project and Program Management leadership, this role serves as a central coordination point for project activities, schedules, documentation, reporting, and stakeholder communications. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in project coordination, project administration, or project support , with the ability to manage multiple priorities, coordinate cross-functional teams, and provide visibility into project performance. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys driving organization, improving project governance, and ensuring teams remain aligned on project objectives and deliverables. Key Responsibilities Project Planning & Coordination Coordinate project activities, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies across multiple workstreams. Track project progress against agreed timelines and identify potential delays or constraints. Coordinate activities between internal teams, customers, vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders. Assist Project Managers in planning upcoming activities and ensuring project readiness. Reporting & Project Governance Prepare and maintain project documentation, including status reports, action logs, issue logs, risk registers, and meeting minutes. Develop and distribute regular project performance and progress reports. Track project actions and ensure follow-up activities are completed on time. Maintain project records and documentation in accordance with organizational standards and governance processes. Support project audits, reviews, and stage-gate activities as required. Risk & Issue Management Identify, document, and monitor project risks, issues, and dependencies. Escalate concerns that may affect project timelines, quality, or delivery objectives. Support risk mitigation planning and issue resolution activities. Ensure project blockers are tracked and communicated to the appropriate stakeholders. Continuous Improvement Support implementation of project management best practices, processes, and tools. Identify opportunities to improve project reporting, communication, and operational efficiency. Contribute to lessons learned workshops and project closeout activities. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, Operations, or a related field. 2-3 years of experience in project coordination, project administration, PMO support, or a related project environment. Experience working with multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously. Strong understanding of project delivery methodologies and project lifecycle management. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including: Excel PowerPoint Word Outlook Teams Experience with project management and collaboration tools such as: Microsoft Project Planner Jira Smartsheet Aconex Professional English communication skills, written and verbal. Preferred Qualifications PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2 Foundation, Agile, Scrum, or similar project management training/certification. Experience supporting technical, engineering, construction, infrastructure, or technology projects. Experience creating project dashboards and reporting metrics. Additional language skills such as German, French, Italian, or Spanish are advantageous. Skills & Competencies Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
