Wood is looking for a Human Resources Shared Services Specialist to join our growing Shared Services Team in our Bogota, Colombia office.  This opportunity is hybrid. The Role Wood Colombia is seeking a Human Resources Shared Services Specialist - technician, technologist, or professional in administrative fields with 0 to 2 years of experience in shared services and an advanced level of English to join our team. You will be aligned to our People and Organizational vertical and would be a part of the Regional Shared Services (HR) team that serves stakeholders and process partners across the Region, initially supporting the US processes. You would be working in one of the functions in employee life cycle, resourcing, learning, and training, rewards or reporting and will be responsible for managing the service delivery and providing optimum solutions to stakeholders and process partners.
