Construction Manager

Reporting to senior management, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of townhouse developments, ensuring projects are completed to a high standard, on programme and within budget. Your responsibilities will include: Managing townhouse projects from commencement through to completion Overseeing site teams, supervisors, subcontractors and trades Managing construction programmes, budgets and project timelines Ensuring quality, safety and compliance standards are maintained Building strong relationships with subcontractors, consultants, suppliers and clients Identifying and resolving construction issues proactively Monitoring project performance and providing regular updates to senior management Ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and to the company's high standards
