We're looking for professional and experience candidates for working with the Project Management Company (PMC) as the representative of the project developer, this role ensures that BIM execution supports design coordination, construction planning, quality control, asset data management, and project delivery objectives.
The BIM Manager will oversee collaboration among designers, contractors, consultants, and stakeholders to maintain a coordinated digital model that supports the successful delivery of a mission-critical data centre facility.
Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and maintain the Project BIM Execution Plan, BIM standards, workflows, and digital delivery requirements
Manage BIM processes throughout design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and project closeout phases.
Leading multi-disciplinary BIM coordination among architectural, structural, civil, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and specialist Large-scale construction
Review and validate 3D models, prepare and develop construction/shop drawings to support the project's requirements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, BIM Management, or a related field.
Minimum 7 years of experience in BIM management, design coordination, BIM Modelling, Shop Drawing, Civil, or Architectural works.
Proficient in BIM software such as
Autodesk, Revit MEP, AutoCAD
or equivalent platforms.
Knowledge of creating and managing 3D BIM models and integrating data from multiple disciplines.
Good English communication skills
Team player with good collaboration skills
