Our Graduate Engineering Programme 2027: Applications open from September 2026
Embark on a two-year Graduate Engineering Programme in Sutton, London and enjoy a variety of experiences which include formal global & local training sessions, on-the-job development, mentoring, personal development and offshore/site experience.

The scheme involves both on and off-the-job development, exposes graduates to a variety of engineering experiences and elements of project execution spanning through tendering, early engineering, detailed design, installation engineering to offshore execution.
Main Duties and Responsibilities typically include:
Under supervision, assist with production of technical documentation which may include, design calculations, analysis, reports, specifications, procedures, progress reports, bid evaluations, study reports and various 3rd-party submissions
Consolidate knowledge in areas of discipline engineering, including design codes and standards, legislative requirements and current best engineering practice
Awareness of clients' needs; address design parameters and problems; develop and implement solutions
Participate in meetings/correspondence with Clients, subcontractors and 3rd parties in a junior capacity

Our selection process is designed to be fair and inclusive. First, we’ll review applications against the essential job criteria. If you meet these, you’ll be invited to complete a short MS Form with screening questions. Top scorers will then have their CVs reviewed, and successful candidates will be invited to an assessment centre day in early December 2026.
