Our Graduate Engineering Programme 2027: Applications open from September 2026 Embark on a two-year Graduate Engineering Programme in Sutton, London and enjoy a variety of experiences which include formal global & local training sessions, on-the-job development, mentoring, personal development and offshore/site experience. Main Duties and Responsibilities typically include: Under supervision, assist with production of technical documentation which may include, design calculations, analysis, reports, specifications, procedures, progress reports, bid evaluations, study reports and various 3rd-party submissions Consolidate knowledge in areas of discipline engineering, including design codes and standards, legislative requirements and current best engineering practice Awareness of clients' needs; address design parameters and problems; develop and implement solutions Participate in meetings/correspondence with Clients, subcontractors and 3rd parties in a junior capacity Our graduates typically have one of the following degrees: Mechanical Civil Subsea Engineering Structural Instrumentation and Controls Mechatronics Electrical and Electronic Welding & Materials Marine Engineering/Naval Architecture Materials Engineering Offshore Engineering They are also expected to exhibit some of the following qualities and skills: Professional and mature attitude Technical ability Flexible and proactive approach to changes and challenges Initiative and personal responsibility Ability to communicate with impact Innovative and intelligent approach A team player, with the ability to work independently Our commitment to you, Subsea7 will provide you with: Support from both our local and corporate offices throughout your time on the scheme. First, we’ll review applications against the essential job criteria. If you meet these, you’ll be invited to complete a short MS Form with screening questions. Top scorers will then have their CVs reviewed, and successful candidates will be invited to an assessment centre day in early December 2026.
