Designing, planning and overseeing drilling programmes to support resource definition and project objectives Managing the collection, validation and interpretation of geological, geophysical and exploration datasets Maintaining high standards of geological logging, sampling and QA/QC processes Contributing to geological interpretation, exploration targeting and resource evaluation activities Supporting geological modelling, GIS mapping and technical analysis activities Coordinating field programmes and monitoring progress against technical objectives and schedules Managing drilling contractors and field service providers to ensure safe and effective programme delivery Supporting resource development, technical studies and project evaluation activities Integrating geological, geophysical and drilling datasets to improve geological understanding Participating in technical reviews, drill planning workshops and project discussions Providing mentorship and technical guidance to developing geologists Promoting safety leadership and best-practice field processes across all activities
