Site Supervisor

As Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing projects from commencement through to completion. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Supervising residential building and insurance restoration projects Managing and coordinating subcontractors and trades on site Overseeing QBuild projects and other insurance-related works Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to required quality standards Coordinating site activities, materials, trades and project requirements Conducting regular site inspections and maintaining high standards of workmanship Managing client and stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle Identifying and resolving site issues as they arise Ensuring all works are completed in accordance with relevant building codes, WHS requirements and company procedures Maintaining accurate project documentation and reporting Working closely with Project Managers, Estimators, Assessors and the wider operations team
