Project Commissioning Mechanical

Plans, coordinates, witnesses and documents commissioning of mechanical and process-support systems assigned to the project. The role confirms that installation, pre-start checks, vendor start-up, balancing, functional performance and integrated operation satisfy approved design documents, sequences, specifications and Owner/Tenant requirements. It owns discipline evidence and issue follow-through while reporting readiness and risk to the Project Commissioning Lead.
