Asegurar el cumplimiento de los estándares de seguridad, calidad y de la normativa vigente durante todas las etapas de los proyectos. Liderar y coordinar equipos multidisciplinarios, promoviendo una adecuada articulación con las diferentes áreas para garantizar la eficiencia operativa. Supervisar la ejecución de los proyectos en campo, verificando el cumplimiento de los cronogramas, especificaciones técnicas y estándares establecidos. Identificar, analizar y resolver de manera proactiva desviaciones, riesgos y problemas técnicos u operativos que puedan afectar el desarrollo de los proyectos. Elaborar y presentar informes técnicos de avance e indicadores de gestión a la Gerencia de forma semanal. Encajarás en el puesto si: Ingeniero Eléctrico titulado y colegiado. Experiencia de 8 años en gestión de proyectos de mantenimiento y operaciones en el sector hidrocarburos, construcción o industria. Deseable certificación en gestión de proyectos (PMI, PMBOK o metodologías equivalentes). Dominio de Microsoft Office a nivel avanzado y MS Project. Deseable conocimiento de SAP, Primavera u otros softwares de gestión de proyectos. Conocimiento Normativo. Reglamento de Seguridad para las Actividades de Hidrocarburos (D.S. N.° 043-2007-EM) Código Nacional de Electricidad – Utilización y Suministro. NTP IEC 60079 y criterios de clasificación de áreas peligrosas. NFPA 70 (NEC), NFPA 30 y NFPA 30A.
