Document Controller

Document Controller Contract period: 17.09.2026 - 31.12.2027 Location: Stavanger Main tasks: Ensure that the work which is carried out fulfils the department plans and procedures Responsible for document management in individual project or contract Ensure that colleagues have good understanding regarding routines and tasks performed for various disciplines Responsible for all in coming and out going deliveries which go through document control Responsible for the establishment of electronic archive in internal document control tool Be familiar with eventual electronic client systems Responsible for handling all engineering and supplier documentation Responsible for internal and external reporting of technical documentation Qualifications: Long experience, 10 to 12 years, within offshore /onshore related projects Knowledge of relevant standards, procedures and requirements Knowledge of modifications on offshore/onshore installations when in operation The ability to work independently, as well as in a team Good communication skills, written and oral Is systematic and accurate Has high loyalty to deadlines and quality requirements Is solution-oriented Collaborative work attitude and accepts multicultural work environment With over 90 years' combined experience, NES Fircroft (NES) is proud to be the world's leading engineering staffing provider spanning the Oil & Gas, Power & Renewables, Chemicals, Construction & Infrastructure, Life Sciences, Mining and Manufacturing sectors worldwide.
