Project Manager

Successful projects are not delivered by one function alone. They depend on bringing together customers, engineers, manufacturing teams, supply chain, quality, finance, and other specialists around the same priorities. As a Project Manager in NOV’s Subsea Production Systems (SPS) business, you will be the person who makes that happen. You will lead complex international customer projects from contract handover through execution and close-out, ensuring they are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in line with contractual requirements and NOV’s business objectives. Working in a matrix organization, you will coordinate multidisciplinary teams across Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance, and other supporting functions. As these teams will not report directly to you, your ability to communicate effectively, build alignment, and influence across functions will be key to your success. You will also serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout project execution. We are looking for a Project Manager who is self-motivated, commercially aware, and confident taking ownership while building strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike.
