Mechanical Equipment Strategy Specialist

Support the planning, development, and execution of maintenance operational readiness activities. · Review and validate maintenance readiness scope, schedules, assumptions, risks, and dependencies. · Develop and maintain maintenance strategies, maintenance plans, maintenance items, and task lists. · Support equipment hierarchy development, asset master data management, and bill of materials (BOM) readiness activities. · Assist with reliability and asset performance initiatives, including maintenance optimization and continuous improvement programs. · Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather technical inputs and ensure readiness deliverables are completed on schedule. · Track project progress, action items, risks, issues, and key decisions. · Prepare readiness reports, status updates, handover documentation, and closeout packages. · Identify scope changes, technical gaps, and operational risks, escalating issues as required. · Support operational handovers and readiness verification activities to ensure successful transition into operations. · Maintain accurate documentation and ensure alignment with governance, maintenance, and asset management standards. · Contribute to process improvement initiatives that enhance maintenance effectiveness and operational reliability.
