Job Role Description
The Business Process Analyst is responsible for supporting the design, analysis, optimization, and governance of logistics and supply chain processes within SAP (ECC and S/4HANA) environments. The role works closely with business stakeholders and IT teams to improve operational efficiency, support system enhancements, and contribute to digital transformation initiatives.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with SAP Logistics modules, understands end-to-end supply chain processes, and is passionate about continuous improvement, process standardization, and delivering business value through technology.
Job Role Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Analyze current logistics and supply chain processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.
Create process maps, business process documentation, and functional specifications.
Support process standardization initiatives across business functions.
Assist in identifying root causes of process issues and recommend corrective actions.
SAP Logistics Support & Improvement
Support and enhance business processes within SAP Logistics (ECC/S4Hana).
Provide functional support for:
Materials Management (MM)
Sales and Distribution (SD)
Warehouse Management / Extended Warehouse Management (WM/EWM)
Transportation Management (TM) (preferred)
Participate in system testing, configuration validation, and solution deployment activities.
Monitor and resolve business process and system-related issues.
Supply Chain & Logistics Operations
Support end-to-end supply chain processes including:
Inventory Management
Warehouse Operations
Transportation Execution
Exposure to Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C)
Monitoring the flow of EDI for Rail MoT and assist with troubleshouting.
Contribute to initiatives focused on operational efficiency.
Project Participation
Participate in SAP implementation, enhancement, and continuous improvement projects.
Support business workshops and requirement-gathering sessions.
Assist with testing activities including:
Unit Testing
System Integration Testing (SIT)
User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Support cutover and hypercare activities during project deployments.
Stakeholder Collaboration
Collaborate with Procurement, Logistics, Supply Chain, Customer Service, Operations, and Finance teams.
Communicate process changes and system enhancements effectively.
Provide user guidance, training support, and documentation.
Qualifications & Experience
Must have: SAP hands on experience (modules previous listed)
Continuous Improvement Mindset

Strong analytical skills and ability to run simulations to repeat issues, identify work arounds and test solutions
Strong process orientation and change management skills with flexibility on changing priorities
Strong interpersonal/team collaboration skills to influence final system design
English language fluency: oral and written communication
