GBS Transition Analyst

NOV is seeking a Transition Analyst to support Shared Services transition and transformation activities across the Americas region. Based in Monterrey, this role will support governance, reporting, operational readiness, and process transition initiatives tied to the expansion and stabilization of Shared Services operations. The Transition Analyst partners closely with functional stakeholders, operational teams, and transition leadership to support project execution, issue management, reporting, and process standardization efforts. The role also supports continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process enhancement opportunities, participating in solution development, and coordinating implementation activities as needed to improve operational effectiveness. This role provides significant exposure to global transformation initiatives and offers growth opportunities within NOV’s evolving Shared Services organization.
