Shift hour: 1800 to 0300 IST (US timings) Operational Service Delivery Lead and manage day-to-day Travel America Procurement Operations activities across multiple business entities and locations. Ensure timely and accurate execution of: Purchase Order creation Purchase Order amendments and change management Purchase Order closure Invoice exception and resolution management Supplier and business query resolution Expediting and order follow-up activities Act as the primary critical issue point for complex transactional and operational procurement issues. Ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs), operational controls, and procurement policies. Provide proactive monitoring of transactional pipelines to ensure workload prioritisation and delivery excellence People Leadership Lead, coach and develop a team of procurement professionals operating across Travel America procurement services. Create a culture of accountability, inclusion, continuous improvement and high performance. Conduct regular performance reviews, talent discussions, succession planning and development planning. Drive employee engagement, capability building and cross-skilling initiatives. Ensure adequate business continuity, shift coverage and resource planning across service delivery activities Stakeholder & Supplier Management Build strong relationships with business collaborators, procurement teams, finance teams, category managers and suppliers. Act as the key point of contact for Travel America procurement operations. Facilitate regular collaborator governance meetings and business reviews. Develop action plans to improve collaborator experience and service performance. Collaborate closely with regional business procurement teams to address operational challenges and improve end-user satisfaction Governance, Risk & Controls Ensure compliance with bp procurement policies, delegated authority requirements, SOX controls and audit standards. Own and maintain operational governance frameworks, procedures and standard operating practices. Monitor control effectiveness and drive corrective actions where required. Support audit reviews, control testing, risk assessments and remediation activities. Drive data quality, process rigor and policy compliance within procurement operations. Performance Management & Analytics Establish and manage operational metrics and performance dashboards. Supervise key performance indicators including: PO cycle time PO accuracy First-time-right processing Invoice resolution timelines Query turnaround times Compliance performance Productivity and utilisation metrics Customer satisfaction Analyse operational trends and find opportunities for service enhancement. Present monthly and quarterly performance reviews to leadership and collaborators. Drive data-driven decision making through sophisticated analytics and reporting Continuous Improvement & Value Delivery Lead process improvement initiatives focused on simplification, standardisation and automation. Drive operational excellence projects to improve efficiency, service levels and user experience. Partner with Digital, Procurement Excellence, GPO and Technology teams to implement system and process enhancements and to be process design in Procurement. Find opportunities for cost reduction, demand optimisation and operational savings. Support transformation programmes, process redesign initiatives and future operating model improvements. Cross-Functional Teamwork Collaborate closely with: Business Procurement Category Management Product Owner Accounts Payable Finance Digital & Automation Teams Procurement Excellence Global Process Owners (GPO) Support implementation of procurement strategies and operational governance initiatives. Participate in global projects, strategic reviews and continuous improvement forums. Act as the voice of operations during process design and transformation initiatives Education & Experience Needed- Bachelor’s degree in management, Business, Engineering, Finance & Accounting, or related field Certification in CPSM/CIPS/CPM/SPSM or equivalent is an added advantage. Overall work experience of 13+ years, including 7-8 years of relevant procurement experience.
