Lead/Supv/Mgr - Electrical/Mechanical (Kemaman, 11, MY, 24007)

Job Duties Under broad direction, coordinates the activities involved in maintaining and repairing down-hole tools. Promote services excellence and customer satisfaction. Provides training, guidance and mentoring, and assigns work to less experienced maintenance personnel. Schedules equipment to be serviced and maintained on a daily basis. Ensures the successful execution of maintenance processes in a safe and efficient manner. Diagnoses, repairs, and performs preventive maintenance on down-hole tool electronics and other equipment used in the application for down-hole operations. Areas of specialization within Product Service Line (PSL) specific shop operations may include: electrical aptitude, computer skills, machine tool rebuilding, surface equipment, and performing major repairs. Serves as the lead in the assembly and disassembly of electronic inserts, probes, and down-hole tools. Assists in making evaluations and recommendations for improvements on equipment based on maintenance history. Trains and assists tool technicians. Job tasks, correctly performed, impact indirectly on cost containment, efficiency, profitability or operations. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent education and 5 years of tool operations experience. Associate's degree preferred.
