Hr Business Partner Hr Administration Training Coordinator

Location: Bangpoo, Samut Prakan Contract: 12 Months About the Role We are seeking an HR Business Partner to support day-to-day HR operations at our manufacturing plant in Bangpoo, Samut Prakan. This role is primarily focused on HR administration, training coordination, vendor management, and employee support rather than talent acquisition or strategic HR partnering. Key Responsibilities Coordinate training programs, including scheduling, logistics, attendance records, and training documentation. Create Purchase Requisitions (PR) and Purchase Orders (PO) and coordinate with internal stakeholders and vendors. Manage visitor arrangements, site access, meeting coordination, and administrative support for plant activities. Maintain HR records and ensure employee data and documentation are accurate and up to date. Support onboarding activities and employee-related administrative processes. Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure smooth HR and training operations. Assist with employee engagement activities and HR initiatives as required. Support compliance with company policies and procedures. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 3-5 years of experience in HR Administration, HR Operations, Office Administration, Training Coordination, or General Administration. Experience creating PR/PO and coordinating with vendors is preferred. Experience coordinating training programs or employee events is an advantage. Strong organizational and coordination skills. Good communication skills in Thai and excellent fluency in English. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
