Airswift is seeking for a Steel Structure Supervisor (Night Shift) to work in Oman with an EPC company. Job Purpose The Steel Structure Supervisor (Night Shift) is responsible for supervising structural steel construction activities on a large-scale industrial project, ensuring safe execution, quality compliance, and timely delivery of works. The role provides leadership to site teams, coordinates with relevant disciplines, and drives productivity during night shift operations. Requirements Omani nationals/candidates that are currently in Oman Diploma or Degree in Engineering or a related discipline. Minimum 8 years of experience in structural steel construction, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role . Previous experience in LNG, Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or major industrial EPC projects . Experience in GCC projects Strong knowledge of structural steel erection, lifting operations, and construction safety requirements. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications. Experience managing subcontractors and multicultural workforces. Willingness to work permanent night shift.
