🚨 Hiring: Construction Superintendent (Scaffolding) 🚨 📍 Location: Doha, Qatar 🌊 Work Split: 50% Offshore | 50% Onshore 🔄 Rotation: 12 Weeks ON / 2 Weeks OFF 📠Schedule: 6 Days per Week ⏰ Working Hours: 8-10 Hours per Day 🏭 Industry: Oil & Gas | LNG | EPC | Major Projects We are currently seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent (Scaffolding) to support major Onshore and Offshore Oil & Gas projects in Qatar. The successful candidate will lead scaffolding safety, compliance, risk management, and construction support activities while ensuring alignment with industry standards and project requirements. Key Responsibilities ✅ Review and ensure compliance of Onshore and Offshore scaffolding activities with applicable standards, procedures, and best industry practices. ✅ Audit and monitor ScafTag systems and EPC Contractor scaffolding programs, including training and competency assessments. ✅ Support risk screening and formal risk assessments related to scaffolding erection activities for greenfield and brownfield projects. ✅ Act as PMT focal point for scaffolding-related issues and provide technical guidance to site teams. ✅ Monitor competency development and skills enhancement of contractor and subcontractor scaffolding personnel. ✅ Participate in and lead incident investigations when required. ✅ Establish strong SHE&S networks and promote a positive safety culture across project stakeholders. ✅ Drive lessons learned initiatives and best practice sharing across project teams. ✅ Support safety campaigns, hazard management programs, and field safety leadership activities.
