You'll have the autonomy to develop processes, lead continuous improvement initiatives, and drive the adoption of additive manufacturing, robotics, automation, and new production technologies across the business. Key responsibilities Lead a high-performing production team within a rapidly growing manufacturing division Drive Lean manufacturing, 5S, root cause analysis, and KPI improvements Champion automation and advanced manufacturing technologies Partner closely with Engineering, R&D, and Sales on new products and process development Improve productivity, quality, on-time delivery, and operational performance Ideal background Production, Manufacturing, or Operations leadership experience Advanced manufacturing or process-focused production environment Experience with robotics, automation, additive manufacturing, or 3D printing is highly desirable Strong Lean / Continuous Improvement mindset Engineering degree preferred The company offers the culture of a close-knit, family-oriented business with the backing and long-term stability of a larger global organisation.
