HSE Specialist

As an HSE Specialist, you will support the development, implementation and continuous improvement of our Health, Safety and Environmental Management System while ensuring compliance with German legislation and international standards such as ISO 45001 and ISO 14001. Working closely with production, engineering and site leadership, you will provide expert guidance on occupational safety, conduct risk assessments, investigate incidents, coordinate corrective actions and deliver HSE training across the organization. In your role as the appointed Occupational Safety Specialist (FASI), you will advise managers and employees on workplace safety matters and support the company's occupational reintegration management process (BEM) for employees returning after long-term illness.
