Senior Health Advisor

This is an opportunity for a health professional with strong experience in i njury management and workplace health, ideally with a background in Workers’ Compensation and/or nursing, to play a key role in supporting the health and wellbeing of the workforce. Key Responsibilities Provide professional health advice and support to employees across site. Manage workplace injuries and support effective injury management and rehabilitation. Coordinate return-to-work processes, working closely with employees, management and relevant medical professionals. Provide advice and support relating to workplace health and occupational health matters. Assist with the identification, management and prevention of workplace health risks. Maintain accurate health and injury management records and documentation. Work collaboratively with the broader HSE team to promote a strong health and safety culture. Provide guidance to leaders and employees on health, injury management and fitness-for-work matters. Support the delivery of health initiatives and programs across the operation. About You The successful candidate will ideally have: Qualifications and experience in Nursing, Occupational Health or a related health discipline. Strong experience in injury management and return-to-work coordination. Experience working within Workers’ Compensation (W/C) environments. Previous experience within a mining, heavy industry or other high-risk environment would be highly regarded. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. The ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a broader HSE team. Mining/medicine experience would be highly advantageous.
