Job Title: Structural Hull Designer Sponsorship Provided: No This opportunity supports detailed design delivery within Oil & Gas projects, with a focus on FPSO exposure and structural hull engineering. The role offers the chance to contribute to safe, reliable and sustainable design outcomes through 3D modelling, 2D drafting and material take off activities. This position is well suited to candidates with experience in AutoCAD, Aveva E3D and multidisciplinary coordination across offshore engineering projects. Key Responsibilities: Deliver structural hull scope work including 3D modelling, 2D drafting for drawings, and material take off activities. Coordinate with piping, equipment, electrical and naval architecture disciplines to resolve interfaces, space allocation issues and clash checks. Support constructability, accessibility and maintainability reviews in collaboration with fabrication yards and project teams. Contribute to design reviews, technical queries and change management throughout the project lifecycle. Address site and fabrication queries and assist with as-built documentation as required. Participate in structural risk assessments, HAZID/HAZOP activities and model review sessions where required. Required Education & Certifications: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Naval Architectural, Structural, Civil, Mechanical or a related field. Required Experience: Minimum 0 to 5 years of experience in Oil & Gas projects. Proven FPSO exposure. Required Skills: Knowledge of AutoCAD. Knowledge of Aveva E3D for 2D drafting and hull structure modelling. Engineering design and calculation tools capability. Structural hull detailed design knowledge. Analysis capability relevant to structural design work. Preferred Skills, Experience & Qualifications: Experience working with EPC contractors. Experience working with offshore fabrication yards.
