Coordinate Supply Base and material movement activities Act as the point of contact for Logistics Teams and wells engineers regarding equipment inspections, re-certification and modifications Schedule resources and equipment for yard operation Coordinate handling of tubulars, ISO tanks and containers Oversee freight receival using Kabal Manage freight movements between operational areas and vendors Ensure manifests and freight documentation are completed including Dangerous Goods and offshore lifting requirements Coordinate reverse freight and equipment returns Manage bulk materials sent offshore Coordinate vessel planning, loading, unloading and movements Prepare non-conformance reports Support safety initiatives and participate in Toolbox meetings
