Job Purpose
Act as the point of contact for P&C Shared Service to interface between local HR and Hub India Shared Service (GBS) to enable the HR function to add value and operate more effectively.
Job Description
Responsible for delivering the full spectrum of HR transactional activities within scope and SLA including but not limited to employee administration, inquiries management, onboarding, exit, payroll inputs, local recruitment coordination, time and benefits administration
Maintain and contribute to the on-going development of the HR knowledge base to help employees quickly and easily find answers to their questions via self-service
Proactively identify areas of improvement in HR processes and documentation
To support UAT project, migration projects, involved in knowledge transfer, Go-Live processes, and activities
Works with minimal supervision within established procedures and practices.
Contribute positively to a knowledge sharing environment through generously sharing knowledge with others. Assist in orientation training and act as buddy to new team members.
Analyze, clarify, and resolve operation issues and enquiries with close collaboration with relevant counterparts to ensure quality services are delivered from the hub.
All unresolved and potential operational issues are escalated timely according to established escalation process, with detailed analysis provided to Manager.
In addition to the duties listed above, the position holder must also carry out other related tasks as assigned by his/her superior.
Responsibilities
Ensure Onboarding (pre, day 1 and post) are delivered according to the global and local standard.
Process offboarding requests as per guidelines
Payroll data coordination
Coordinate Background Verification (BGV) End-to-End processing with internal and external stakeholders.
Create PR/GR, validate and approve invoices in SAP for P&C Finance related together with provision reports
Coordinate and manage service award processes
Manage administration for Health and Insurance management, including payments
Manage time administration and leaves annually as per policy
Deliver employees’ services via People Now Ticketing and ensure SLA compliance
Ensure data accuracy and quality & Reporting
You are meant for this job if:
A. REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/FORMAL EDUCATION:
Degree holder in Human Resource, Business Management/Administration or equivalent
(Delete or keep): Work experience can compensate for lack of formal Education)
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
Minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience handling full spectrum of human resource activities, preferably working in shared services before.

Excellent communications skills (listening, analyzing and influencing people)
Fluent in English
Ability to ensure data confidentiality
Work well under pressure and able to meet tight deadlines
REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS AND/OR PROBLEM-SOLVING SKILLS:
Knowledge of local Labor law, HR management methods and tools in any APME countries add advantages.
Strong processing skills, problem solving and analytical abilities
Client service mindset with strong interpersonal and communications skills.
Proficient in using Microsoft applications i.e. Words, Excel, Power Point.
Strong/Good knowledge of SAP HR system, euHReka & Oracle systems is a plus
