Review, consolidate and update Lifting Standards and best practices.
Reduce Company Strategic Risk exposure by participating in HiPo Lifting Incident Investigations, identify causal factors and root causes, recommend corrective actions and manage the mitigations implementation close out within the overall Projects.
Applies Lifting Code of Practice to provide guidance to the project teams and to the Projects Site Lifting Specialists.
Review and recommend improvements to key practices, procedures and plans ensuring effective and smooth project execution.
Conducts risk-based evaluation of complex technical issues that may have significant impacts to overall project execution and manages the timely delivery of technical deliverables and issues resolution
Consolidate and manage a resilient assurance process for the Projects execution in compliance with the Lifting Code of Practice (onshore/offshore).
Provides technical support for the selection and qualification of Lifting Operation contractors / subcontractors and ensures contractors' processes and procedures are effective and meet requirements and Qatar government regulations.
Conducts risk-based evaluation of complex technical issues that may have significant impacts to overall project execution. Manages the timely delivery of technical deliverables
Promote Lifting Safety Leadership, by supporting a Proactive Safety Culture and implementing industry leading Safety best practices and initiatives, including extensive use of Life Saving Rules. Maintain a learning environment for turning lifting safety visions to improvements plans.
Participate in HiPo Lifting Incident Investigations, identify causal factors and root causes, recommend corrective actions and manage the mitigations implementation close out within the overall Projects.
