Finance Systems Coordinator

Wood has an exciting opportunity for a Finance Systems Coordinator to join the Group Finance Function on a permanent basis. In this role you will support the administration, build and ongoing maintenance of the Group consolidation system. This role is based in our Aberdeen office, with hybrid working of three days in the office and two remote a week. #LI-hybrid The Role Reporting to the Finance Systems Manager, the Finance Systems Coordinator plays a key role in supporting and developing the Group's OneStream platform as it transitions from implementation into business as usual. You will be responsible for maintaining master data and dimension structures, building and enhancing templates and reports, managing user security, and supporting system testing, training, and ongoing administration. Working closely with the OneStream implementation consultant and a wide range of finance and IT stakeholders, this role offers an excellent opportunity to develop deep technical and functional expertise in the platform. As an integral member of the Finance Systems team, you will help build the internal capability needed to support, maintain, and continuously improve the system post go-live, ensuring data integrity, reporting accuracy, and adherence to established governance standards.
