Entity: People, Culture & Communications Job Family Group: HR Group Job Description: The P&C Partner works in a flow-to-work squad with partnering and Centre of Expertise colleagues to design and deliver agreed P&C priorities. The role translates business needs into practical, scalable people solutions, delivery plans and measurable outcomes, working flexibly across concurrent initiatives of varying complexity, impact and geography. As part of the global P&C downstream partnering pool, support VP P&Cs and senior partnering colleagues to deliver agreed priorities by converting business needs into clear people solution designs, actions and deliverables across talent, organisation effectiveness, change, engagement and employee relations. Use insight, partner input and structured problem-solving to deliver efficient, measurable solutions and simpler ways of working through responsible use of tools, data and human judgement. About the role: Partner with P&C, business leaders and CoEs to diagnose needs and design integrated people solutions. Translate priorities into clear scopes, plans, turning points, risks and measurable outcomes. Work in multi-disciplinary squads across geographies to deliver quality outcomes and a consistent partner experience. Apply business, organisational and commercial insight to tailor solutions for client groups. Use data, workforce insights and feedback to inform options, assess impact and support decisions. Drive efficiency by simplifying work, reducing duplication and using tools and insights responsibly. Engage and influence partners to build alignment, manage change and enable implementation. Identify continuous improvement opportunities to keep solutions scalable, sustainable and P&C aligned. Support Crisis & Continuity Management and/or IMT activities where required in 24/7 operating countries. Experience and Job Requirements: Degree and/or professional qualification; postgraduate HR or related qualification advantageous. Solid experience across fields lines in commercial or operational environments. Experience diagnosing business challenges and designing practical, measurable people solutions. Experience in talent, employee relations, change, organisation effectiveness and organisational development. Strong partnering, coaching and influencing skills across business and P&C partners. Behavioural: Structures ambiguity, tests options and recommends fit-for-purpose interventions. Role-models collaboration, continuous improvement and high performance. Builds trust and works effectively across diverse teams and cultures. Technical: Experience in project implementation, execution and benefits tracking. Experience in complex, geographically dispersed and culturally diverse environments. Strong data interpretation, partner mapping, change impact and implementation planning capability.
