Store Manager

Job Family Group: Retail Group Job Description: About the Role The Store Manager is responsible for ensuring the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of the site. Acting as the local site lead, you will support day-to-day activities, maintain operational standards, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver a positive experience for customers and colleagues. Key Responsibilities Maintain a safe, compliant, and well-presented site environment. Support the day-to-day operation of the site, including managing operational supplies and resources. Coordinate waste management and site housekeeping activities. Manage site access controls, including accountability for site keys. Serve as the primary local contact for bp, GSF, and maintenance providers on operational matters. Coordinate and follow through on maintenance requests to support reliable site operations. Identify and escalate safety, security, or operational concerns as appropriate. Build positive working relationships with stakeholders to support continuous improvement and operational excellence. Qualifications Experience in retail, facilities, customer service, or operational environments. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities. Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to safety and compliance. Proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
