Sales Territory Manager (TM).
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced sales professional to drive growth in a multinational environment. The ideal candidate will develop and execute strategic sales plans, build strong client relationships, and achieve sales targets.
This role requires the individual to have excellent communication skills, a proven track record in sales, and the ability to work effectively across diverse and multinational teams.

Primary Job Functions
Drive revenue growth and expand the customer base, aligning with business objectives.
Foster long-term relationships with new and existing clients by delivering exceptional service and tailored solutions based on business needs.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans and programs to achieve revenue targets and enhance value for customers, agents, and partners.
Partner the Marketing team to improve customer experience for current and prospective clients, agents, and partners.
Coordinate with operations, logistics, and business centers to ensure seamless customer experience, efficient order fulfillment, and accurate invoicing.
Monitor industry trends and customer preferences to identify growth opportunities and potential product expansions.
Prepare regular sales reports, analyze performance metrics, and propose actionable improvement plans.
Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and networking events to enhance brand visibility and build professional networks.
Required Qualifications and Attributes
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in marketing, management, finance, accounting, or engineering (other disciplines will be considered).
Proficient in the use of SAP, FX360 Sales Force, Tableau, Microsoft Power Point, Outlook, Excel and Word.
Must have excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
Must be self-motivated, assertive and a team player.
Should have a positive work attitude, adaptable and can work well in time-sensitive environment.
Able to create and deliver presentations.
Previous experience in sales is required.
Preferred Qualifications
Valid driver's license and willing to travel (if required)
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
Experienced in Commercial Relationship Management
This position will be based at the Mobil Oil Guam Head Office in Guam. Remuneration will be commensurate with the successful applicant’s relevant skills and experience.
