Completions Engineer

We are currently seeking an experienced Completions Engineer to support a multi-well development program in Western Canada. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing completion operations while ensuring the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute completion programs for horizontal oil and gas wells. Design completion strategies including hydraulic fracturing, plug-and-perf, and multistage stimulation operations. Coordinate with drilling, production, geology, and field operations teams to ensure successful well execution. Manage service providers, contractors, and equipment requirements throughout completion operations. Monitor daily field activities and provide technical support during completion execution. Analyze operational data and implement continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure all completion activities comply with company policies, regulatory requirements, and HSE standards. Prepare post-job reports, lessons learned, and operational summaries.
