Installation Engineer 📍 Monaco, France 🛢️ Oil & Gas Industry 📄 Contract Position A leading international energy company is looking for Installation Engineers to join its growing project team and contribute to the successful delivery of major offshore developments. Role Overview As an Installation Engineer, you will contribute to the development of safe, reliable, and cost-effective engineering solutions supporting offshore installation activities. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project objectives are achieved while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety. Key Responsibilities Develop and optimize installation methodologies and engineering solutions. Perform engineering studies and technical calculations within the project scope. Ensure compliance with international codes, industry regulations, and project specifications. Deliver assigned activities and engineering documents within agreed schedules. Coordinate interfaces between engineering disciplines and project stakeholders. Support interactions with vendors, subcontractors, and third parties. Incorporate lessons learned and assess the impact of technical changes throughout the project lifecycle. Promote reliability, operability, and safety in all engineering activities. Requirements Engineering degree in Mechanical, Offshore, Marine, Civil, Structural, or a related discipline. 0 to 5 years of professional experience. Previous exposure to offshore, marine, construction, energy, or industrial projects is an advantage. Understanding of engineering design principles and installation activities. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively in an international and multicultural environment. Professional level of English.
