Minor Works Projects Superintendent

As a Minor Works/Projects Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of minor construction and maintenance projects. You will ensure that all works are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Working closely with contractors, site teams, and stakeholders, you will monitor progress and resolve any issues that arise during the project lifecycle. Key responsibilities include: Supervising minor works and small-scale projects from mobilisation to completion Ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards Managing contractor performance and coordinating site activities Maintaining accurate project documentation and reporting Liaising with client representatives and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations Identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies This role is based on a FIFO roster, requiring flexibility and readiness to work in remote locations.
