Principal Advisor Procurement Governance And Improvement

Working within a specialist procurement function, you will support the ongoing management and continuous improvement of procurement policies, standards, governance frameworks and assurance activities. You will partner with senior stakeholders across Procurement, Legal, Finance, Sustainability, Ethics & Compliance and Internal Audit, helping translate complex requirements into practical business outcomes. Key responsibilities will include: Supporting the maintenance and improvement of procurement policies, standards and governance frameworks Coordinating policy implementation, communications and stakeholder engagement Supporting governance, assurance and compliance activities Improving procurement exception, approval and control processes Identifying opportunities to streamline processes and improve user experience Supporting strategic procurement and transformation initiatives Assisting with performance reporting and deep dives into key risk areas Contributing to improvements in procurement tools, templates and frameworks Supporting emerging AI-enabled process and documentation improvements Acting as a key link between policy, process, performance and implementation teams
