Site Supervisor Wind Turbine Renewable Energy

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced construction or trade professional to take a key leadership role overseeing the installation of wind turbine projects across remote and challenging environments. Reporting to the Construction Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and supervising day-to-day site activities, ensuring work is delivered safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards.You will work closely with subcontractors, suppliers, engineers and project stakeholders to keep construction activities on schedule and resolve issues as they arise. * Supervise wind turbine installation and construction activities on site * Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and site personnel* Oversee turbine assembly, tower erection and mechanical/electrical installation * Ensure strict adherence to safety and environmental requirements* Monitor project schedules, milestones and construction progress * Conduct site inspections and ensure quality standards are maintained* Identify and resolve technical, logistical and construction issues * Manage changing site conditions, deliveries and project challenges* Maintain accurate site records, reports and documentation * Provide leadership, mentoring and support to site teams
