Crane Operator

Operate the crane safely and efficiently to complete lifting activities without incidents, injuries, or equipment damage. Conduct pre-operational inspections and ensure the crane is maintained in a safe working condition at all times. Execute lifts according to approved lift plans , load charts, method statements, and site safety requirements. Achieve 100% compliance with company HSE policies, regulatory standards, and permit-to-work requirements. Coordinate effectively with riggers, signalmen, supervisors, and lifting teams to ensure safe lifting operations. Monitor load weights, ground conditions, and crane configurations to prevent overloading and unsafe operating conditions. Minimize equipment downtime by promptly reporting defects, abnormal conditions, and maintenance requirements. Protect company assets by ensuring proper crane operation, housekeeping, and care of lifting accessories. Maintain accurate operational records , inspection checklists, and daily equipment reports. Support project productivity goals by completing lifting activities safely, on schedule, and in accordance with project requirements.
