Senior Estimator Multi Residential

As the Senior Estimator, you will be responsible for preparing accurate estimates, managing supplier and subcontractor pricing, controlling project budgets, and supporting projects from pre-construction through to construction. Prepare detailed cost estimates and quantity take-offs for residential projects. Review plans, specifications and project documentation. Source and negotiate competitive pricing from suppliers and subcontractors. Prepare and manage project budgets. Issue and manage purchase orders. Monitor project costs and identify cost-saving opportunities. Maintain estimating databases and current pricing. Liaise with consultants, suppliers, subcontractors and internal project teams. Support continuous improvement of estimating processes and procurement systems.
