Assembler

Position Summary Supports the assembly of downhole pump systems in a manufacturing environment. This position focuses on staging materials, preparing components, and assisting assemblers by ensuring all necessary parts are ready for final assembly. Candidates with mechanical aptitude and experience using hand tools are highly preferred. Key Responsibilities Stage materials and components for downhole pump assembly. Retrieve parts from inventory baskets and organize them for production. Set up materials on assembly rails and prepare components for final assembly. Utilize hand tools and basic material handling equipment safely and effectively. Operate pallet jacks and electric pallet jacks as needed. Assist production teams in maintaining workflow and meeting production goals. Required: Mechanical aptitude and ability to work with hand tools. Ability to lift, move, and handle production materials safely. Willingness to work overtime and flexible schedules as needed. Experience in manufacturing, assembly, warehouse operations, maintenance, or mechanical trades. Experience operating pallet jacks, electric pallet jacks, or overhead cranes.
